Non-refundable. In the event that bookings are unable to run due to cancellations made by the operator or international travel restrictions, the pass may be honored for following year. Alpha Passes are nontransferable.

All reservations must be confirmed with a member of the Heli team prior to booking. Availability must be confirmed in this process before a reservation can occur. An Alpha Pass holder may not attend a trip using their discount without a reservation and without explicit confirmation from the team at Heli. Bookings must be done through a Heli representative. Alpha Pass users may call or connect with a Heli representative via email or our online chat. Alpha pass may not apply to some private packages and promotional offers. Alpha pass holders will receive 10% off the base price of the adventure package but will pay the full price for any additional add-ons and the full tax amount. 

If you have already booked an adventure for the current calendar year with Heli, refunds can be issued to receive the 10% discount on that existing booking for Alpha Pass purchases. No discounts will be given for trips that have already occurred.
